today-md and your purchase
today-md is provided by liebhardt.io UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Nußbaumstraße 29, 66121 Saarbrücken, Germany. It is a macOS productivity app for tasks, lists, notes, and optional calendar time blocking. Contact hello@toolstokeep.com for support and purchase questions.
Purchases on toolstokeep.com are governed by our purchase and license terms and consumer withdrawal notice. A website license unlocks the direct-download edition of Pro on up to three Macs, includes every future direct-download update at no extra cost, and has no scheduled expiry. Statutory rights to conformity and necessary updates remain unaffected.
The direct download requires initial online license activation and checks its license locally afterwards, plus a short online check about once a week that removes Pro if the license was refunded or revoked. The currently published Mac App Store edition uses its own in-app Pro purchase. A compatible Mac with macOS 14 or later is required. The app privacy policy explains activation data, local storage, and optional connections.
Mac App Store purchases
When you obtain today-md through the Mac App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable Apple Media Services terms apply. These terms do not replace those terms or the purchase conditions shown by Apple.
today-md Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. The features and price shown by Apple at purchase apply. Apple handles payments, restoration, and refund requests for purchases billed by Apple. Website purchases are handled by Tools to Keep.
Your content and optional services
You retain ownership of your tasks, notes, calendars, and other content. The app stores its data locally; we do not keep a hosted copy to restore. Keep suitable backups and review calendar changes before you apply them.
If you enable calendar access or use a folder managed by a sync provider, that provider’s availability, terms, and privacy practices also apply. Protect access to your Mac and connected accounts. Use the app lawfully and respect other people’s rights.
Open-source rights
Source code and copies distributed under the MIT License remain covered by that license. Nothing here or in the website purchase terms restricts rights granted for those copies under the MIT License. Copyright notices and third-party license conditions continue to apply.
Consumer rights and changes
Your statutory rights concerning defective digital content, required updates, withdrawal where applicable, and damages remain unaffected. Contact us about defects or purchase problems. We do not guarantee compatibility with every future operating system or third-party service.
German law applies subject to mandatory protections in your country of habitual residence. Consumers retain the courts and remedies available under applicable law. Updates to these pages apply prospectively and do not retrospectively change an existing purchase contract.
