Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from your website purchase within fourteen days without giving a reason. A consumer is an individual buying mainly outside their trade, business, or profession. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To withdraw, inform liebhardt.io UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Nußbaumstraße 29, 66121 Saarbrücken, Germany, telephone +49 172 3088476, email hello@toolstokeep.com, of your decision by an unambiguous declaration, for example by email or a letter sent by post. You may use the model form below, but it is not required. Sending your declaration before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient.

You may also withdraw online at https://toolstokeep.com/withdraw. When you submit an online withdrawal, we send an email acknowledgement containing your declaration and the date and time it was received.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received for the withdrawn contract without undue delay and within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal declaration. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and charge no fee for the reimbursement.

After withdrawal, stop using the cancelled license and remove copies whose use depends on that license. No physical return is needed. Your statutory rights concerning defective digital content remain unaffected.
